A big thank you to the Blister Sisterz!

Three friends are walking the West Highland Way to raise money for RAMH. Gemma McNaughton, Samantha Colhoun, Shirley Stuart will be setting off on the famous walk on September 17th. We would like to pass on a big thank you from everyone at RAMH for their amazing efforts.

The trio, who call themselves the Blister Sisterz (for obvious reasons) wrote the following on their Just Giving page: "We decided back in February that we would make the most of a staycation this year and after many discussions we opted to give ourselves a challenge & walk the 96 miles of the West Highland Way.  After telling family & friends about our holiday plans people were asking if we had considered doing this for charity. Anyone who knows us know that generally our fundraising efforts come in the likes of 3 hour Zumba classes or ladies lunches so this will certainly be a test!! (no neon clothing or heels required for this challenge!)"

"The subject around mental health is one that is close to our hearts so we have chosen our local mental health charity: Recovery Across Mental Health based in Paisley.

"All money raised through fundraising goes straight back into services, so you can be rest assured that your donations will have a direct & positive impact on the people that RAMH support."

Remember your plasters and good luck!
