On the 27th May we had RAMHs first ever self management festival. Our hope for the day was that people could find out about local wellbeing services and try out some taster sessions.
People came along and took part in mindfulness, outdoor yoga, buddy beat (drumming), sing-a -longs, art, games, gardening, flower bouquet making and massages.
Thanks to everyone who came along to participate or volunteer, we hope you had a great day and now have more tools in your toolkit for managing your wellbeing.
