We are seeking staff with good customer care experience who would like to work in a very busy office environment to carry out a wide range of admin duties. This will include collating and input of service delivery information, maintaining data-bases and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence taking minutes of meetings, dealing with telephone enquiries, reception duties, liaising with the team, maintaining manual and electronic filing systems, data entry and general typing duties as required. Previous administration experience is desirable and we will provide training in our specific tasks. Excellent communication skills with a wide range of individuals and the ability to think on your feet and take a pro-active approach to problem solving in an office environment, is essential. An interest in wellbeing and mental health may help you understand this support role. You must be comfortable working in a varied, ever changing role and be proficient with Microsoft Office Professional and MS Access.
This post is in our Paisley office, however RAMH have a number of office bases throughout East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, and South Ayrshire and you may occasionally be required to work in various offices.
