The Renfrewshire Community Support Service has been established for 25 years and was recently redesigned to deliver a wide range of short term well-being interventions and some longer term group supports for people who experience mental health issues.   This post will lead on self-management approaches in community settings to adults, who are experiencing difficulties in their mental health. The Senior Practitioner as part of the senior team will ensure service delivery reflects the agreed psychological support matrix and employs the most recent evidence based approaches. The Senior Practitioner will require at least 3 years’ experience of working with individuals in mental health areas and should have experience delivering one to one interventions e.g. as a Mental Health Practitioner or Counsellor. You also must have a recognised qualification eg.
