One-to-one psycho-educational support for things like anxiety management and self esteem.
These are usually completed over four sessions done over the phone or videocall. We use the WhatsUp? app to help people to understand why they become anxious; how their thinking affects their anxiety which in turn affects how people behave and aims to improve their ability to control their anxiety. One-to-one self esteem support gives individuals tips and strategies to help work towards improving self esteem and building confidence.
