Social Prescribing Day 2026

On social prescribing day (March 26th) we wanted to shine a light on the work done by our Community Link Service (East Renfrewshire)

RAMH has Community Link Workers across GP practices in East Renfrewshire working with people with issues impacting on their mental health and wellbeing, using a social prescribing model ‘A mechanism for linking patients with a non-medical source of support within the community’ This work is invaluable to helps sustain and support peoples good mental health and wellbeing and we wanted to acknowledge the team who represent our organisation as social prescribers.
