Scottish Community Link Worker Network Conference 2025

On Wednesday 7th May 2025 our Community link worker team was represented in Glasgow for the 3rd Annual Conference for the Scottish Community Link Worker Network.

The theme of Health, Hope and Healing: was looking at  Tackling Health Inequality Together

They were also looking to celebrate the excellent work happening across Scotland by Link Workers and this years event included the presentation of two awards for Link workers.
