Our 1:1 Personal training programme with West College Scotland HND Health and fitness students has got off to a flying start with introductions complete, targets agreed and motivation set.
This continues to be a hugely beneficial programme for those who participate and really shows the power that good physical health can play in achieving and sustaining good mental health. 🏋️‍♀️
